Shipping, returns & privacy

Shipping

Prints are made in small batches, so please allow a few days to print and pack your order.

• Standard post (Australia-wide): $10.00 per order, usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Free pickup on the Gold Coast: choose pickup at checkout and we'll email you a time and place.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Returns & refunds

If something arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Changed your mind? Unused items can be returned within 14 days. Return postage is paid by you, and custom prints can't be returned for change of mind.

Safety

Contains small parts. Not suitable for children under 3. Our prints are made from PLA plastic. They're for play and decoration, not for chewing or for use with food.

Privacy

We only collect what we need to fill your order: your name, email, delivery address and what you bought. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We don't sell or share your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
